The protection of personal data is important to me. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data is processed when visiting this website and when contacting me, for which purposes this happens, and which rights data subjects have.

Personal data is information that can identify a person directly or indirectly, for example name, email address, phone number, IP address or information submitted through a contact form.

3. Hosting and technical provision of the website

This website is hosted by Hostinger. According to the current state, the server location is Germany.

  • amount of data transferred

Server log data is stored only for as long as required for technical, security-related or legal purposes.

If you contact me via the contact form or by email, the data you submit will be processed in order to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible collaboration.

The following data may be processed in particular:

  • information about content readiness
  • voluntary messages in the message field

Depending on the content of the inquiry, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual measures or a possible commission are concerned, and on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where there is a legitimate interest in processing and documenting the inquiry.

The submitted data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent unless there is a legal obligation or disclosure is required to process the inquiry.

According to the current state, contact form messages are not stored permanently in WordPress. No extension such as Flamingo is used to store form messages. Messages are sent to the specified email address and processed there.

Only Yasir Kareem has access to inquiries.

5. Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose. Data from inquiries is stored for the duration of processing and beyond that where required for documentation, carrying out a possible project, fulfilling legal obligations or safeguarding legitimate interests.

6. Adobe Fonts / Typekit

This website uses Adobe Fonts / Typekit for the consistent display of the Effra font. When the website is accessed, the browser loads the required font files or CSS files from Adobe servers, in particular via:

Technical data, in particular the IP address and browser information, may be transmitted to Adobe. Processing takes place for the uniform and appealing presentation of the website on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

According to the current state, this website does not use Google Fonts.

According to the current state, Google Analytics is not actively integrated on this website.

If Google Analytics or a comparable analytics or tracking service is used in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly. If consent is required for this, a suitable consent solution will be used before activation.

9. Google Search Console

This website may be connected to Google Search Console in order to receive technical information about findability and indexing in Google Search. Google Search Console is not used for the direct analysis of individual website visitors on this website.

This website contains links to external profiles, for example LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or Dribbble.

According to the current state, these are only external links. Simply visiting this website does not embed content from these platforms and does not establish direct connections to these platforms. Only when you click such a link do you leave this website and the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

According to the current state, this website does not use embedded content or services such as:

  • Google Maps
  • YouTube embeds
  • Instagram embeds
  • Behance or Dribbble embeds
  • reCAPTCHA
  • Calendly
  • newsletter systems
  • Meta Pixel
  • TikTok Pixel

If such services are integrated in the future, this Privacy Policy will be adjusted accordingly.

This website uses technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure. Nevertheless, data transmission on the internet may have security gaps. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
